War Correspondent Program

Easy Red 2 is built around the experiences of soldiers on the battlefield — and every battlefield has someone telling its story. That someone could be you.

// The program

Reporting from the front

War Correspondents are members of the Easy Red 2 community who help tell the stories of its battlefields — through videos, livestreams, guides, historical content, reviews, screenshots, and whatever format you make your own.

They are not simply promoters of the game. They are part of the community: sharing their own experiences, discovering interesting stories, and connecting players with the people behind Easy Red 2.

Memorandum To: all fronts

From the beaches of Anzio to the deserts of Tunisia, War Correspondents bring the battles of Easy Red 2 to players around the world.

Whether you're recording a massive tank battle, explaining the history behind a uniform, streaming a campaign with your friends, or showing the community something you discovered in the game — you're already doing the work of a War Correspondent.

What does a War Correspondent do?

Six standing orders. How you carry them out — the format, the platform, the language — is entirely up to you.

01

Cover the battlefield

Create videos, livestreams, guides, reviews, screenshots, and other content showcasing Easy Red 2 and its community.

02

Tell the story

Highlight the historical background, uniforms, weapons, vehicles, and battles that make Easy Red 2 unique.

03

Bring players together

Help new players discover the game and encourage discussion, cooperation, and participation within the community.

04

Report from the front

Share community feedback, suggestions, and concerns with the development team — a bridge between players and developers.

05

Spread the dispatches

Help official announcements, updates, events, and surveys reach players who don't follow every official channel.

06

Join the operation

Take part in community events, livestreams, showcases, contests, and promotional campaigns organized with the team.

What makes a good correspondent?

Whether you run an established channel or you're just getting started, what we value is the same: a genuine appreciation for Easy Red 2 — for the work behind it, or simply for the idea of an honest, fun and complete WW2 game — and the will to contribute something to its community.

These are the qualities we look for on every front:

  • Curiosity

Always hunting for something worth discovering — a new feature, an obscure historical detail, an unexpected battlefield moment.

  • Creativity

Finding your own way to tell the story of Easy Red 2.

  • Community spirit

Helping other players and contributing to a friendly, active community.

  • Reliability

Sharing information responsibly — and clearly separating official information from personal opinion.

  • Initiative

Coming up with ideas instead of waiting for instructions.

  • Respect

Treating players, creators, developers, and everyone in the community fairly.

  • Teamwork

Working with other Correspondents and the Easy Red 2 team when opportunities arise.

// Rules of engagement

Your role on the battlefield

War Correspondents are independent members of the community. Three directives keep the program honest — for you, for the players, and for the team.

Directive 01

Your voice stays yours

You're free to have your own opinions. Praise the game, criticize it, discuss what could be improved — being a Correspondent never means agreeing with every decision the team makes.

Directive 02

Handle classified material with care

Unreleased content, development material, or information shared privately must not be published without permission. Loose lips sink ships.

Directive 03

You're a reporter, not a help desk

Correspondents aren't customer-support representatives. Point players with technical problems to the official support channels.

✓  Standing orders

  • Be transparent: make it clear when you speak for yourself and when you're relaying official information.
  • Disclose your role when sharing content or perks you received as a Correspondent.
  • Keep it welcoming: your channels represent the community — keep them free of hate and harassment.
  • Stay active: the program is for creators who are genuinely involved, at their own pace.

✕  Court-martial offenses

  • Leaking unreleased or private material without permission.
  • Speaking on behalf of the team — you report on the war, you don't command it.
  • Using the badge as leverage against other players, creators, or moderators.
  • Spreading misinformation presented as official news.

Criticism is always welcome — toxicity is not. Because the Correspondent insignia is an official endorsement, the team may consider a channel unsuitable if it treats sensitive topics disrespectfully or hosts toxic or questionable content, and reserves final judgment on who joins and who stays.

Frequently asked questions

Everything Correspondents usually ask before enlisting.

No — there are no follower minimums, and established creators are just as welcome as growing ones. What we look at is the substance: genuine appreciation for Easy Red 2, curiosity, creativity, and reliability.
No — the War Correspondent Program is a community program, not a sponsorship. Correspondents get access, early information, visibility, and a direct line to the team. Anything you earn from your own content (ads, memberships, and so on) is entirely yours.
Videos, livestreams, guides, reviews, screenshots, historical deep-dives, community events — any format that helps tell the story of Easy Red 2. If you're explaining the history behind a uniform or streaming a campaign with friends, you're already doing the job.
All of them. We're looking for correspondents across every platform and every language — from YouTube and Twitch to regional communities around the world, including the Chinese community.
Yes. Correspondents are independent members of the community. You can praise the game, criticize it, or discuss what you think should improve. Joining the program never means agreeing with every decision the team makes.
Yes. Criticism of the game is always fair play — toxicity is not. Because the Correspondent title is an official endorsement, the team may consider a channel unsuitable if it treats sensitive topics disrespectfully or hosts toxic or hateful content, and may decline or revoke membership on those grounds.
Handle it like classified material: unreleased content, development material, or privately shared information must not be published without permission. When in doubt, ask the team first.
No — Correspondents are reporters, not support staff. Technical problems should go to the official support page. What Correspondents do pass along is community feedback, suggestions, and concerns.
Reach out on our Discord — or email HQ from the Enlistment section — with links to your content or community work. The team reviews every application and answers privately. Not selected yet? Keep creating — the front always needs more Correspondents, and you can reach out again anytime.

See you on the front.

Grab your camera, your notebook, or your microphone. The battles of Easy Red 2 are waiting for someone to tell their story.
